Alley Cat Japanese Fusion (“we”, “us”) operates the restaurant at Shop 7 / 265 Shute Harbour Rd, Airlie Beach QLD 4802. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you make a reservation we collect your name, mobile number, email address, party size, booking date and time, and any notes you choose to give us (for example dietary requirements or special occasions).
Why we collect it
We use this information only to manage your booking: to confirm it, send you booking emails, contact you about changes, and prepare for your visit. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Your booking details are available to our staff who manage reservations. Emails are delivered through our email service provider, and booking data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers, which may be located outside Australia.
Dietary and health information
If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use it only to prepare your meal safely. Please only share what is needed.
How long we keep it
We automatically remove your phone number and email address from our booking records 12 months after your booking date.
Access and correction
You can view and update your booking using the link in your confirmation email. To ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us at alleycat.pty@gmail.com.
